Sometimes, you feel stuck. Sometimes, burnout is knocking at your door. Sometimes, you need a trusted guide to walk with you through the struggles in your life, to encourage you to keep taking the next step, and to hold you accountable for the work that is set before you to do. I can walk with you for several months at a time, encouraging you and helping you develop sustainable rhythms of leading and resting to faithfully live into your vocational calling. Sabbatical Coaching
Are you interested in taking a sabbatical, but not sure where to begin? I work with Christian leaders who need a break from the relentless pace of ministry to reconnect with God, others, and themselves. Over a period of several months, I’ll help you design your sabbatical, receive it fully, and then re-enter ministry with a new posture toward your vocational calling.

I help people take their next step by gaining clarity in their lives, and then by working with them to design their life as they want it to be. I’ll walk with you as you explore past hurts, and help you create a plan to move into future healing.
How Does This Work?
I usually work with clients in 6-12 month increments, averaging about 1-2, 50-minute calls/month. We’ll tailor a Spiritual Leadership Coaching relationship that will work for you and help you get the desired results.
